BEECH ISLAND, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – Nearly a year after 10-year-old Lavinia Lowe was killed in her home, her mother spoke with News 12 publicly for the first time about the daughter she called Muffin.
Lavinia was shot and killed last June after gunfire woke her in the family’s Beech Island home. Police said the shooting was gang-related.
