Colorado farm picked to grow playing surfaces for World Cup stadiums in several US cities

PLATTEVILLE, Colo. (CNN) – When the World Cup kicks off across North America, some of the tournament’s matches will be played on grass grown near Denver.

Green Valley Turf was selected to grow the playing surfaces for stadiums in Atlanta, Dallas and Houston.
