DENVER (KDVR) — A case pushing to revoke multiple licenses from a downtown Denver cabaret for alleged wage theft was dropped.
On Wednesday, the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection Executive Director Molly Duplechian issued an order to drop a case the city of Denver filed against the Diamond Cabaret, which sought to revoke licenses from the cabaret.
The order to dismiss the case comes after the Denver Auditor’s Office released in 2025 its investigation into two Denver strip clubs, the Diamond Cabaret and Rick’s Cabaret, accusing the businesses of wage theft and unfair labor practices.
