Adam Bauserman, the man accused of hitting three people walking on a sidewalk in Highlands Ranch earlier this week, appeared from jail in court Friday morning.
Bauserman was officially charged with nine counts, including vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. His next court appearance is set for next Friday, June 12 at 9 a.m.
The crash happened Monday morning off Wildcat Reserve Parkway, not far from Mountain Vista High School. A woman died at the scene, while a man and another woman were taken to the hospital with serious injuries…
