It’s officially game over for the original location of one of Denver’s most popular arcade bar chains.
On Monday, 1up Arcade Bar announced on its website and social media that it has officially closed the doors on its underground Blake Street location, ending a 15-year run in the shadow of Coors Field.
“When we opened on March 23, 2011, we had no idea what this little experiment would become,” 1up said in the post. “What started as a passion project built around classic arcade games, pinball machines, craft beer and a love for gaming grew into something far larger than we ever imagined.”…
