DENVER — The Denver City Council will vote Monday on a second and final reading of a rewrite of the city’s nightclub licensing rules. The bill would allow some bars and clubs to stay open until 4 a.m., though the state-mandated 2 a.m. last call for alcohol would not change.
The ordinance already passed on first reading by a vote of 10 to 1. If it passes Monday, it will go to the mayor’s office for a signature and take effect in April 2027.
