DENVER (KDVR) — An estimated 30,000 fish died in St. Vrain State Park, the park announced in a social media post.
This marks the second time in a few weeks that thousands of fish have been found dead in a body of water, after thousands of fish died in Boyd Lake.

“We had a devastating fish kill on Sandpiper this weekend and it is now a total loss; estimated 30,000 fish,” said the post.
