AUSTIN, Texas — A 16-year-old who was shot during the shooting spree in Austin earlier this month has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home, his family said Thursday.
The teen’s family shared the update with CBS Austin, saying he remains in significant pain but is improving.
“He has officially been released from the hospital and is now home recovering,” the family said. “He’s still in a lot of pain, but we’re thankful he’s getting stronger every day. Right now, he’s focused on healing and hopefully getting back to his normal routine soon.”…
