AUSTIN (KXAN) — A Travis County man was sentenced June 3 to life in prison without parole in connection with aggravated sexual assault and burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a sexual offense, according to a press release from the District Attorney’s office.
Justin Gorbea, 37, was charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit sexual offense on July 12, 2025. He was indicted Sept. 11, 2025, on two counts of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit sexual offense and aggravated sexual assault.
