TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas — A Travis County deputy appeared in a pre-trial hearing on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted him on three counts of Official Oppression for allegedly sexually harassing a woman in December at a QuikTrip in Cedar Park.
The grand jury of the 167th Judicial District Court handed down an indictment charging Travis County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Dennis Mallinger with three counts of Official Oppression, a Class A Misdemeanor, on April 10.
