Police: Former Manor ISD educational aide ‘forcefully grabbed’ students with special needs

MANOR, Texas (KXAN) — The Manor Independent School District Police Department accused a now-former educational aide at Presidential Meadows Elementary School of hurting students with special needs.

In an arrest affidavit, police reported that an investigation found no fewer than 23 “overly aggressive physical encounters” between Pamella Craig and five students over 11 days.
