After spending more than 545 days in an isolated kennel at the Austin Animal Center in Austin, Texas, a Belgian Malinois named Major only has a few more days for his owner Shane Lilly to convince a judge not to euthanize his service dog. During all this time, Major has been separated from his family and has not been allowed any interaction from people and other dogs.
