AUSTIN (KXAN) — A gas line was ruptured by work crews Thursday in the area of South Lamar Boulevard and Del Curto Road, forcing a road closure and the evacuation of a residential building.
The City of Austin said in a press release that the Austin Fire Department would likely keep Del Curto Road, between Bluebonnet Lane to Village Oak Court, closed until midnight Friday while repairs were underway.
