AUSTIN, Texas — City leaders in Austin are considering new rules to track and regulate water use by large-volume users.
During a Climate, Water, Environment and Parks Committee meeting on Monday, leaders said data center growth and developments like semiconductor manufacturing may put a strain on local water supply.
