Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian decided to diss his team’s former longtime rival Texas Tech by declaring that his own team would go unbeaten on their schedule with his backups. As you might expect, the Red Raiders were quick to answer the challenge.
“There’s a team in our state that plays in another conference that has a schedule that I would argue if I played with our twos and our threes, we could go undefeated, and they’ll probably make the CFP this year,” Sarkisian said dismissively in a recent interview.
