Trial postponed to August in case of man charged in sister-in-law’s shooting death

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A trial date for Paul Magallanes, charged with murder in the shooting death of his sister-in-law, has been postponed to mid-August.

A new trial date was set for Aug. 17 during a hearing last week, according to court records. Magallanes, 38, remains out on bond.
