BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who was found dead in a canal near Cottonwood Road in February.
Jason Allan Karr, 56, of Bakersfield was identified as the man found in the canal, according to coroner officials.
