BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The third and what’s expected to be final day has begun in the preliminary hearing for three men accused of stealing a Dodge Hellcat that belonged to a woman who was fatally shot after locating the car through an Apple AirTag.
The hearing for David Tyrone Thompson, Giovanni Garcia-Viscarra and Joseph Bush IV began last week but wasn’t held on consecutive days due to scheduling issues.
