BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A motorcyclist was arrested for allegedly failing to pull over and going over 120 mph on Highway 99.
The California Highway Patrol said one of their officers saw the driver of this Honda CBR motorcycle at high speeds and tried to conduct an enforcement stop.
