BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man is dead after being struck by a vehicle on South H Street while another was arrested for driving into the scene, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
Police said the collision happened Saturday just after 1:30 a.m. in the 4800 block of South H Street.
