The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the driver who died after a vehicle entered Lake Isabella on May 23 as 21-year-old Ashot Geboyan of Van Nuys.
According to the coroner’s report, Geboyan was operating a vehicle that veered off the roadway and into Lake Isabella near Sierra Way at approximately 6:21 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
