BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man in the custody of local law enforcement died after an accidental overdose in May.
Andrew Joseph Francisco, a 36-year-old from Delano, went unresponsive at Cecil Avenue and Kensington Street in Delano, while in custody on May 9.
