BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A counselor at Robert F. Kennedy High School in Delano allegedly failed to report physical abuse between two students in 2023 and is facing a misdemeanor charge — the same charge brought recently against a Tehachapi school administrator.
The counselor, Natalie Renee Fragoso, was charged three years ago with failure of a mandated reporter to report child abuse or neglect. She has a pretrial conference scheduled Sept. 10.
