BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The California Highway Patrol has identified the vehicle that was driving the wrong way in a crash that killed a mom and her daughters on Highway 99.
According to CHP, the BMW involved in the crash was the vehicle driving the wrong way when the crash ensued.
Law enforcement said there two other vehicles involved in the crash.
