2 motorcyclists arrested for alleged hit-and-run crash on Kern River Trail

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two men on motorcycles were arrested in connection to a hit-and-run crash on the Kern River Trail Sunday evening, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.

At around 6:52 p.m. on Aug. 23, Bakersfield police officers responded to the Kern River Trail west of the Park at River Walk for a reported hit-and-run crash involving an off-road motorcycle and a pedestrian.

A woman was walking on the trail when she was struck by an off-road motorcycle, according to BPD. She suffered minor injuries.
