BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department’s Traffic Unit has impounded several vehicles involved in a recent parking lot takeover.
According to the BPD, the takeover took place on Friday, April 17, at the Mesa Marin Sports Complex on Highway 178.
Police say they did not have enough personnel to stop the takeover, but a follow-up investigation resulted in the seizure of six vehicles that were involved in reckless driving in the area…
