BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A 36-year-old man who was arrested on May 9 in Delano went unresponsive while in custody and later died at the hospital, said the Kern County coroner.
Andrew Joseph Francisco, 36, of Delano, was taken into custody at Cecil Avenue and Kensington Street in Delano, but later went unresponsive.
