Bakersfield, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The Bakersfield Police Department is looking for an at-risk missing teen.
They say 16-year-old Irene Cruz was seen on May 29, 2026, in the 7200 block of Smugglers Cove Street around 7:30 a.m.
