HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A 19-year-old will spend the rest of his life behind bars after he killed two teenagers outside The Mall in Columbia last year.
A Howard County judge handed down the life-long sentence on May 22 for Emmetson Zeah.
