An employee of the senior care facility where Robert Fuller, 87, died has been deemed not competent to stand trial for his murder.

Maurquise James, 22, of Baltimore, Maryland, worked at the Cogir Potomac Senior Living Facility in Potomac, Maryland, where Maine millionaire Robert Fuller lived.
On February 14, 2026, Mr. Fuller was found deceased in his apartment after being shot in the head while he slept.
