YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – The York County Coroner’s Office has identified the victims of a fatal wrong-way crash on I-83.
Louis Williams, 72, and Debra Lee Williams, 70, of Middle River, Maryland, died on May 28 from blunt force trauma, the coroner’s office announced Monday.
