Easy Like Sunday, a popular Baltimore-area brunch concept, is now open in downtown Silver Spring.
The restaurant has opened on the ground floor of Central Apartments at 8455 Fenton Street, taking over the space previously occupied by El Sapo, which permanently closed in early 2025.
The menu features several of the concept’s signature dishes, including ricotta-stuffed French toast, short rib hash and a brunch burger topped with maple-syrup-cooked cowboy bacon.
