Maryland woman was walking in her neighborhood when she found something concerning in a back lot. She discovered that somebody has been dumping artificial turf in the neighborhood illegally. Now, she’s trying to get to the bottom of the mystery that’s causing chaos in her neighborhood.
Kintira (@kintirabarbour) saw something that left her confused and concerned in her Baltimore neighborhood. As she was walking, she passed a back lot that isn’t owned by any of her neighbors but borders many of their properties. Somebody dumped LOADS of artificial turf on this property. As she records, you can see rolls and rolls of turf that were illegally dumped there and left for the neighbors to deal with.
