BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Baltimore’s Park Circle neighborhood on Thursday morning.
Baltimore police said that around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to the 2600 block of Ulman Avenue after reports of a shooting.
There, officers found the gunshot victim, a 39-year-old man sitting inside a car, near the intersection of Ulman Avenue and Park Heights Avenue.
