A proposal to change zoning along a major Baltimore corridor is sparking pushback from some residents who say they don’t want apartment buildings built next to their single-family homes.
City Councilman Ryan Dorsey is seeking to rezone a 3-mile stretch of Harford Road to allow apartment buildings adjacent to single-family neighborhoods. Dorsey says the change would bring more people and businesses to the area.
