BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Neighbors in the West Forest Park neighborhood say they are shocked as Baltimore Police continue their investigation into an attempted armed robbery of a delivery driver.
Baltimore Police said it happened along 4700 Norfolk Avenue, near the Forest Park golf course on Saturday morning.
