BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man convicted in connection to three bank robberies over the past 25 years is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service.
A federal judge signed a warrant for the arrest of Lloyd Phillip Simon, 75, for a violation of his supervised release back in November 2024.
A year and a half later, his whereabouts remain unknown…
