HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A 19-year-old man was arrested Thursday after exposing himself to a woman at an Ellicott City park, police said.
On May 7 at 11:30 a.m., a woman reported that while at a park in the 3500 block of Font Hill Drive, a male suspect exposed himself to her.
