BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A lightning strike sparked a house fire Saturday morning on Grandway Avenue, displacing two adults and a dog, officials said.
Crews with the St. George Fire Department responded around 11:58 a.m. and found smoke coming from a single-story home. The fire was contained within 20 minutes.
