Lafayette-born restaurant Parish Biscuit Co. is coming to Baton Rouge to serve breakfast, brunch and lunch fare.
The space is opening at 220 W. Lee Drive, in the same building strip as Surge Entertainment and Our Mom’s Restaurant & Bar. Parish Biscuit Co. first opened in Lafayette in 2023, and this new spot in Baton Rouge will be its second location.
Owner Steven Laborde said the restaurant is on schedule to open in August or September…
