Members of 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge chapter were awarded major citations at the national organization’s recent conference in New York City in June.
Niles Haymer II, 16-year-old student at Baton Rouge Magnet High School, won the first-place prize at the first oratorical contest competition conducted by the national 100 Black Men of America, Inc.
