Houma-based Synergy Bank bought a 1.6 acre lot on Corporate Boulevard for $2.1 million and plans to build its flagship Baton Rouge location on the site.
The bank purchased the land at 6849 Corporate Blvd. from Summa Professional Office Park LLC in a deal that was filed last week with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office.
