Teen Suspect Turns Himself In
Baton Rouge Police say 17-year-old Markell Lee has turned himself in and is now facing serious charges, including first-degree murder, five counts of attempted murder, and illegal use of a weapon. He is currently being held at the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
