BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Drivers can take advantage of a discount at participating Baton Rouge Circle K locations this Thursday as gas prices continue to rise.
The Circle K Fuel Day for May 7 features up to 40 cents off each gallon of gas from 4-7 p.m. Inner Circle members can get early access to the discount at the pumps starting at 12:01 a.m.
On Monday, GasBuddy reported that average gas prices in Baton Rouge have gone up more than 20 cents per gallon in the last week, resulting in an average price of $3.81. Gas prices nationwide have increased since the start of the Iran war.
