BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge is opening its first upscale resale thrift store later this month.
Rosalie’s Boutique will open on May 16 at 5555 Government Street. According to the organization, there will be a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate. The boutique will then open to shoppers.
