BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Louisiana’s highest court has declined to hear arguments about evidence in a Baton Rouge Police Department corruption case.
Three former officers were hoping the state’s Supreme Court would block recordings from being used as evidence in any future court hearings. Lower courts had already ruled against the former officers.
