Edmonds police Monday night arrested a 42-year-old male suspect in connection with an alleged burglary and multiple other offenses, including assault and resisting arrest.
Edmonds Asst. Police Chief Josh McClure said the suspect refused to leave the Channel Marker Pub & Grill — located in the Harbor Square Business Complex — following a formal trespass notice. “When contacted by officers, the suspect exhibited aggressive behavior and refused to comply with lawful commands,” McClure said. “During the encounter, the suspect threatened to harm officers with an improvised weapon.”
Officers deployed a Taser, and the man “was safely taken into custody,” McClure said. There were no other injuries…
