SEATTLE — A Seattle judge has dismissed criminal charges against King County Assessor John Wilson, who faced allegations of violating a no-contact order involving his former romantic partner.
Seattle Municipal Court Judge Catherine McDowall on Monday dismissed two gross misdemeanor charges against Wilson without prejudice, according to court records. A dismissal motion filed by the Seattle City Attorney’s Office stated the alleged victim “no longer wants to cooperate.”
