A local harbor seal has been putting on a show for diners at Ray’s Boathouse recently (6049 Seaview Ave NW).
The team at Ray’s has named him Jeffrey. They say he’s been coming to Ray’s often, just swimming and floating around, belly-up, in front of the restaurant.
