Following several waves of layoffs, Bungie has decided to sublease nearly its entire headquarters in Bellevue. We are talking about roughly 211,000 square feet of office space located at 550 106th Ave NE in Bellevue, Washington.
The master lease runs through September 30, 2035. According to the listing, the facility is being offered as a premium office built out of highly specialized production spaces. In other words, this isn’t just an empty building, but a fully turnkey site optimized for gaming and media development teams.
